Engineer. Country manager. Performance and breath specialist. Facilitator.
Julian’s path runs through corporate leadership, international business, physiology and the deeper work of being human. He understands both the world of performance and the human work underneath it.
Before this work, Julian spent ten years as an engineer for a leading company in industrial wastewater treatment, six of them in Brazil, where he led the business as country manager. He studied process and environmental engineering in Germany and now lives between Brazil and Europe.
He is a systemic consultant with further training in emotional intelligence, nervous-system and trauma-informed work, a certified breathwork trainer, a Wim Hof Method instructor (Level 2), and a Compassionate Inquiry facilitator.

THE PHILOSOPHY
Performance without alignment eventually breaks down.
Most performance work stops at output: more discipline, more hours, more grit. But the body keeps score. Real capacity is built on the nervous system, emotional range, recovery, health and the quality of our relationships โ not in spite of them.
What gets optimized away doesn’t disappear. It collects interest. This is where the deeper work begins.
Longevity is not just about time. It’s about staying capable of energy, mobility, curiosity, clarity, resilience, meaningful relationships and emotional vitality โ and the plain enjoyment of being alive. The goal isn’t to add years. It’s to keep the capacity to fully experience the years you have.
Curious about the tools behind this? Julian also leads a dedicated Ice Bath Guide Training for people who want to guide others through cold exposure.
Stay clear and grounded under pressure. Learn to read and steady your nervous system in real time, so pressure becomes information instead of chaos.
Expand what you can physically, mentally and emotionally hold. Build a wider window for stress, effort and feeling, so more of life fits without breaking you.
Respond and decide with more awareness and less unnecessary noise. Cut through reactivity and self-doubt so your decisions come from clarity, not compensation.

Health & safety: The Wim Hof Method can be practiced by any healthy person. If you have a serious medical condition, consult a doctor before taking an ice bath or trying the Wim Hof Method. It is not recommended if you have heart conditions (e.g. angina pectoris, panic attacks), high blood pressure (over 160 mmHg), kidney problems, asthma, epilepsy, cold urticaria or Raynaud’s syndrome type 2. If you suffer from migraines, start with cold showers rather than ice baths. Not recommended for pregnant women.
